Creating webhooks
There are two type webhooks: outgoing webhooks and incoming webhooks.
You need a webhook url to create Sidekick outgoing webhook.
Outgoing webhook fields are Url, Headers and Method. You can create an outgoing webhook to click Create button after name webhook and fill these fields.
An incoming webhook gives you an unique URL. You can send action requests to URL to give orders your Whatsapp account. These orders will be process when you access your Whatsapp Web.
Creating an incoming webhook is easy. The webhook will be created at the moment you click Create button after name the webhook.
Using webhooks
The outgoing webhooks work with Smart Replies.
Select response type as Webhook then select an outgoing webhook and create it. A request will be sent to the selected webhook URL after the smart reply triggered.
The parameters of the sent request are your phone, your name and the smart reply message content.
Incoming webhooks wait your action requests. Action requests have specific formats. Your request should be defined formats otherwise your request won't be processed'

Label/Unlabel Chat
If the chat already has the label, the label will removed so it's unlabeled.
