Creating scheduled message
Click +Add scheduled message button in Scheduled messages section in Tools tab.
Also Schedule button in broadcast will open this section.
It will open broadcast section. Select a template.
Set the date and the time which you want the template message to be scheduled.
Type scheduled message name.
Click Save button.
